Client Success Manager
to help support our clients and internal team.
Role Overview
A Client Success Manager at StrouseHouse makes sure every client feels supported, informed, and confident in the work being done. This role is responsible for client communication, progress updates, internal coordination, reporting support, issue resolution, and making sure clients stay happy, retained, and growing.
This is
not a freelance role
. You will be working exclusively with StrouseHouse during your scheduled hours.
Key Responsibilities
As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with clients regularly through Slack, email, text, and client calls.
- Keeping clients updated on what the team is working on each week.
- Scheduling and leading client check-in calls.
- Reviewing client results, leads, campaigns, rankings, reports, and account updates.
- Coordinating with the internal team to make sure client tasks are being completed.
- Submitting client requests to the correct team members and following up until completed.
- Following up with clients for approvals, feedback, photos, videos, logins, and missing information.
- Helping solve client issues before they turn into cancellations.
- Identifying upsell opportunities when a client needs additional services.
- Making sure clients feel heard, supported, and confident in the service we provide.
Must-Have Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:
- Strong communication skills over phone, email, Slack, and client calls.
- Experience working directly with clients or customers.
- The ability to stay organized while managing multiple client accounts at once.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites, Google Business Profiles, and social media.
- The ability to explain marketing updates in a simple way that clients can understand.
- Strong problem-solving skills when clients have questions, concerns, or complaints.
- Experience or comfort using tools like Slack, Asana, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Google Drive, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow up consistently.
- A positive attitude and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Comfort reviewing reports, campaign updates, client notes, performance metrics, and task progress.

- Be highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once.
- Be comfortable using online tools like Slack, Asana, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Google Drive.
- Have at least a basic understanding of digital marketing services.
- Be dependable, responsive, and consistent with follow-up.
- Understand that the pay is
$20/hour and is non-negotiable

Work Schedule
This is a full-time remote position.
The working hours are:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
This is not a freelancer gig. We are looking for someone who can become a reliable part of our team and work exclusively with our business during the scheduled hours.
Compensation
