Job Description
High-impact engineering role supporting live broadcast and streaming environments. You’ll own network architecture and performance across production and broadcast systems, ensuring uptime, signal integrity, and scalable infrastructure for real-time video delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable network architectures (Spine-Leaf, VLAN/VRF segmentation)
- Manage and secure network environments (Fortinet firewalls, endpoint/identity protection)
- Configure and optimize switching environments (Juniper, Arista) for high-throughput video traffic
- Support live broadcast workflows (SRT, RTMP, PTP timing, QoS optimization)
- Build and deploy network infrastructure (rack/stack, cabling, VPNs, load balancing)
- Troubleshoot complex outages (Tier 3 escalation, packet analysis, root cause)
- Create clear documentation and SOPs for long-term scalability
- Partner with engineering teams to maintain broadcast reliability and automate workflows
Qualification
- s7–10\+ years in network engineering within high-availability environment
sStrong experience with
