Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

The Sales Operations Specialist supports the Sales Operations team in ensuring efficient, accurate, and scalable commercial processes. The role acts as a day-to-day operational support, helping to maintain continuity across key sales processes, reporting, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution and continuous improvement of sales operations processes across regions
• Maintain and ensure data quality in CRM and related systems
• Prepare and analyse sales operations performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts
• Act as a point of contact for operational queries from the sales organisation
• Support implementation and documentation of policies, tools, and workflow
• Provide organisational and operational support for global sales initiatives
• Support in reporting deliverables , operational coordination, internal stakeholder alignment

What we're looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, or similar
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel / BI tools)
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
• Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently while supporting senior leadership
• Strong communication skills in English, any other language is a plus
