What you will do:

• 3D Modelling \& Rendering:

Model, texture and render 3D products.

• Product Visual Creation:

Produce high-quality product visuals – listing images, detail shots, lifestyle renders – with a focus on accuracy, realism, and visual impact.

• Image Retouching \& Compositing:

Retouch and refine 3D renders in Photoshop, and use compositing techniques to seamlessly blend 3D and AI assets, so that the result is aesthetic, on-brand, and ready to launch.

• Visual Expertise:

Demonstrate a strong grasp of composition, perspective, lighting, anatomy, colour theory and design, and stay on top of what's winning in e-commerce right now.

• Independent Execution \& Collaboration:

Own projects from brief to final delivery, and work closely with e-commerce, marketing and product teams to support brand identity and conversion goals.

What We're Looking For:

• A portfolio with strong visual craft

– this is the most important thing. We want to see work that proves visual excellence as well as 3D, compositing and retouching skills.

• 2\+ years of experience crafting visuals

, ideally in digital marketing or e-commerce, with a focus on product and web visuals.

• Mastery of Blender and Adobe Photoshop is a must

, with experience in other 3D tools and AI knowledge considered an advantage.

• A sharp eye for detail and strong knowledge of what makes a strikingly refined and realistic render.
