Job Responsibilities:

Design, deliver, and assure high‑quality, secure, and production‑ready AI systems (GenAI, conversational, and agentic), while collaborating cross‑functionally and driving engineering excellence end to end.

Job Qualifications:

Fullstack (Agentic AI) Developer

• Agentic AI \& LLM Expertise (3–5\+ years)
• Hands-on experience building AI agents using RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-step workflows
• Strong Programming \& Full Stack Skills (5\+ years)
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js/TypeScript with experience deploying production-ready applications
• AI/ML \& NLP Foundation (3–5\+ years)
• Solid background in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP/NLU
• AI Testing \& Prompt Engineering (2–4\+ years)
• Experience handling non-deterministic outputs, prompt optimization, and AI evaluation
• Cloud \& Integration Experience (3–5\+ years)
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure and integrating APIs and enterprise systems

Sr AI/ML Engineer (GenAI)

• 6 to 8\+ years in AI/ML engineering
• 3\+ years hands-on with GenAI stack:
• LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
• RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
• Agentic workflows (LangChain, AutoGen, orchestration layers)
• Strong coding in Python \+ Node.js, with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with end-to-end ML lifecycle (training, fine-tuning, inference, deployment)
• Deep expertise in cloud-native AI architectures (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI)
• Hands-on with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps pipelines

Sr AI/ML Engineer (NLP \& RAG)

• 6\+ years in AI/ML engineering (3\+ years NLP, 2\+ years RAG)
• Strong expertise in:
• NLP/NLU pipelines, semantic search
• RAG architectures, embeddings, vector stores
• Experience with OCR \& Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
• Hands-on deployment using:
• AWS (SageMaker), Azure ML, GCP AI Platform
• Strong programming in Python \+ SQL, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
• Experience in MLOps / LLMOps:
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, model monitoring
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, Node.js for API integration
