Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lead Analyst: BI \& E-Comm Partnerships at Monrow. The Lead Analyst will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by leveraging advanced analytical skills to uncover insights and drive improvements in data reporting and visualization. This position involves analyzing business performance, defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring data alignment across our e-commerce platforms and retail partnerships. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex DTC and partner data into actionable strategies that propel brand growth.

Day to Day Activities

  • Data Analysis \& Insights:

Collect, analyze, and interpret DTC data and e-commerce partnership metrics to identify trends, patterns, and operational insights. Create detailed reports and unified dashboards to support strategic business decisions and enhance data visibility across platforms.

  • KPI Monitoring:

Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments and sales channels, ensuring tight alignment with overall brand goals.

  • Partnership \& Channel Optimization:

Evaluate consumer data across our core functions (Product, Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, and Sourcing) to maximize performance and growth across online/offline retail partners alongside our dedicated website.

  • Process Improvement:

Work closely with internal teams to identify performance gaps, recommend process enhancements, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and track deliverables and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience:

Proven experience (3\+ years) in an analytical, business intelligence, or data reporting role.

  • Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, data visualization tools, and data querying techniques (e.g., SQL).

  • Analytical Capabilities:

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and business analysis proficiency to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.

  • Communication \& Presentation:

Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the interpersonal ability to collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and partners.

  • Adaptability:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
