The Benefits and HRIS Analyst is responsible for coordinating and administrating employee benefits programs. The Benefits and HRIS Analyst is also responsible for managing and optimizing both the employee benefits program and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

This is a full-time opportunity based at our corporate office located in Woodbury, MN. Monday - Friday business hours with the ability to work a hybrid work schedule.

  • Assists employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and/or claims.
  • Process employee status changes and terminations.
  • Ensures compliance with legal requirements (e.g., ACA, ERISA).
  • Analyses benefits usage and trends to recommend improvements or cost saving strategies.
  • Serves as a point of contact for employees with questions and/or issues related to benefits and HRIS systems.
  • Administers and maintains the HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee data is captured and updated.
  • Generates reports and analyses HRIS data related to benefits, compensation, and employee records.
  • Troubleshoots issues within the HRIS system, working with IT or HR teams to resolve them.
  • Ensures system compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
  • Creates and delivers regular reports on benefits participation, cost, and other key metrics.
  • Conducts data analysis to support decision-making regarding benefits and HRIS improvements.
  • Assists with audits and ensures data integrity within the system.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Summit's hiring range for this position is $67,811 to $84,764 per year. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. If you are hired at Summit, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

#### Experience

Required* Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources with employee benefits and HRIS is required.

#### Education

Required* Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
