Manager, HR Systems
NYC/midtown – hybrid 3 days onsite
160-190k
We’re partnering with
a small professional services firm
that is looking for an experienced
Manager of HR Systems
to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of its HR technology offerings. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining HR operations, systems, analytics, and emerging technologies to drive business results.
Reporting in to their esteemed Chief HR Officer you will:
- Lead HR technology strategy, implementations, and system enhancements
- Partner closely with HR leadership across recruiting, benefits, talent development, and employee lifecycle initiatives
- Drive workforce analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled process improvements
- Ideal background includes 7-10\+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience and expertise with platforms such as Workday, ADP Workforce Now, UKG, or similar systems
- Hybrid role based in New York City – 3 days onsite, midtown
- This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic HR technology leader who wants to influence organizational effectiveness while modernizing HR operations
