The Role
Our client is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop advanced machine learning systems that process complex real-world data streams and power next-generation intelligent products.
This role combines machine learning, software engineering, and applied research, offering the opportunity to build and deploy production-grade models while helping shape future product capabilities. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to design scalable, high-performance solutions that operate in demanding real-time environments.
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning systems for production applications
- Develop advanced algorithms and models that transform complex data into actionable outcomes
- Research, prototype, and optimize machine learning approaches for real-world use cases
- Build scalable, low-latency systems capable of operating in real-time environments
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and product teams to drive innovation across the organization
- Analyze performance data and user feedback to continuously improve system capabilities
- Contribute to technical leadership and engineering best practices across the team
Your Experience
Our client is looking for a highly capable Machine Learning Engineer with a strong combination of software engineering expertise, machine learning knowledge, and experience delivering production-ready systems.
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning products in production environments
- Strong programming skills in Python and at least one systems programming language such as C\+\+, C, or Rust
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and model development workflows
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles
- Experience developing high-performance, low-latency systems
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges using first-principles thinking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
Highly Desirable
- Experience working with large-scale data processing systems
- Background in signal processing, computer vision, robotics, or time-series data
- Experience optimizing models for real-time inference and deployment
- Exposure to research-driven environments or highly innovative technology products
- Passion for solving difficult engineering challenges with measurable impact
Compensation \& Benefits
- Base salary between $220,000 and $280,000
