Integration Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Integration Analyst to design, implement, and support system integrations across enterprise applications. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and external partners to ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and system integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Design and develop integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and messaging frameworks

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and vendors to ensure proper data flow between systems

Support system integrations across applications such as ERP, CRM, EHR, or third-party platforms

Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs, interfaces, and data inconsistencies

Perform integration testing (SIT/UAT) and support deployment activities

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integrated systems

Document integration workflows, mapping documents, and technical specifications

Work closely with cross-functional teams during implementation and production support

Required Skills

Strong understanding of system integration concepts (API, REST, SOAP, ETL)

Experience with integration tools/platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.)

Knowledge of data formats like JSON, XML

Hands-on experience in SQL and data analysis

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an advantage

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience

4 8 years of experience in integration / application support / middleware roles

Experience working in cross-functional IT environments
