Business analysts are responsible for using data to inform strategic business decisions
Domain Wealth
Evaluating business processes for efficiency cost and other valuable metrics
Communicating insights with business teams and key stakeholders
Preparing strategic recommendations for process improvements and optimization
Draft and maintain user stories for each sprint and work closely with technical teams during implementation
Ensure that product developed meets the expectation of the business
Primary skills needed critical thinking problem solving communication and process improvement
professionals must have a firm understanding of Insurance Brokers objectives and procedures
Business analysts must have at least a working knowledge of the Big Data Solutions and AWS
Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs Word Outlook and Excel
Ability to exercise independent thinking and have a solution oriented mindset
