Role Overview

This client is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join a growing team. This role is ideal for product-minded builders who take initiative, enjoy customer interaction, and thrive on owning projects end-to-end. This is a critical role helping build the next generation of AI-powered data tools and scale the platform.

What You'll Do

• Work across the full stack to shape the core user experience where users create, collaborate, and scale their work on the platform.
• Build AI-powered product experiences, including foundational agent frameworks, context engineering tactics, prompting strategies, and integrations with the latest models.
• Design and architect seamless integrations with Slack and other tools to meet customers where work is being done.
• Enhance developer workflows with features like AI-powered code typeahead and in-product reviews.
• Solve complex UX challenges around multiplayer editing, real-time collaboration, and performance at scale in data-intensive applications.

Who You Are

• 2-4 years of experience as a fullstack software engineer.
• Experience building 0 to 1 products at high-growth startups.
• Strong product instincts and interest in owning projects end-to-end.
• Comfortable working with React and TypeScript.
• Excited about AI-powered workflows, data tools, and customer-facing product development.

Compensation

• Salary: $160K - $200K
• Equity: Competitive
