Position: Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS / MT / CLS)

Requirements:

✔

ASCP Certification Required

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

✔ Clinical laboratory experience preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and QC processes

✔ Ability to work independently in fast-paced lab environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

moderate to high-complexity laboratory testing

• Analyze blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens

• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment

• Review, verify, and release accurate test results

• Perform

quality control and quality assurance procedures

• Maintain compliance with

CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and regulatory standards

• Prepare reagents, controls, and calibration materials

• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly

• Ensure specimen integrity and accurate documentation

• Maintain laboratory records and reporting systems

• Collaborate with pathologists, physicians, and lab teams

• Support process improvement initiatives and workflow efficiency

• Train and assist laboratory staff when needed
