To generate leads through proactive outreach and cold calling to prospective customers.
To maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand the client base.
To understand customer requirements thoroughly in order to conduct business analysis and develop executable plans.
To ensure the timely and successful delivery of business solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
To develop and implement strategic plans to expand business opportunities and improve market position.
To provide insights into industry trends and identify new opportunities for business expansion.
To demonstrate a deep understanding of Biomedia’s products and services.
To participate in promotional activities, sales events, and exhibitions to showcase products and strengthen brand presence.
To collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
To manage principals effectively and maintain strong business relationships.
To ensure product targets are achieved by executing market entry strategies and working closely with KOLs, sales, and marketing teams.
To oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
To drive cost optimization initiatives to improve profitability.
To provide guidance and advice on product capabilities and market positioning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
