This is a high-visibility role with a direct path to PM leadership \& a realistic exit opportunity as the organization scales.

Qualifications:

  • 10\+ years of product management experience in semiconductors, embedded systems, or systems software with a track record of shipping firmware or software in hardware-adjacent environments
  • Data center / infrastructure product experience
  • Deep domain knowledge of BMC/RMC or other data center platform management SW/firmware - platform management standards, out-of-band management architectures, BIOS, firmware \& platform telemetry
  • Hands-on experience with how firmware integrates into server and rack-level systems at hyperscale and OEM/ODM customers
  • Strong technical chops: background in embedded software, firmware development, or systems architecture within SOC's strongly preferred
  • Experience leading technical requirements conversations directly with principal engineers and architects at major cloud, data center \& OEM accounts
  • Clear, compelling written and verbal communicator - able to write PRDs, present to executives, and represent the company externally
  • Nice to have

+ edge AI/ML - inference on resource-constrained HW or AI focused platform management

+ HW security i.e. secure boot, attestation, root of trust, TPM/fTPM and/ or cryptography

+ Protocol/Stadard experience - i.e. NIST 800-193, SPDM, PLDM, DMTF Redfish, or OCP Security standards

+ Previous semiconductor - fabless - company experience

+ AI product experience

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the SW/FW roadmap for the security \& control platform - including AI/ML inference capabilities, BMC/RMC platform management software, security stack, etc.
  • Serve as the cross-functional PM voice across the entire platform, aligning Software/Firmware decisions w/system-level HW requisites
  • Drive req's from concept through release
  • Lead technical discussions with OEMs, ODMs, hyperscalers, and CSPs to surface integration requirements, feeding them into the product roadmap
  • Coordinate across FW engineering, HW architecture, SW, QA, security, and marketing to align on scope, schedule, \+ priorities
  • Define, maintain feature prioritization across multiple concurrent development programs with clear, data-backed trade-off decisions
  • Track, influence relevant industry standards and competitive positioning in the RMC, BMC platform management space
  • Partner with product marketing on messaging, collateral \& customer-facing technical content when needed
  • Mentor junior PMs, eventually into direct management responsibility as the PM organization continues to grow
