We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help shape product direction, drive execution and support the continued evolution of the Kuberno platform. This is a hands-on role for someone commercially aware who can connect what we build to what the market needs.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to work closely with our Chief Product Officer and help drive product execution, customer outcomes and commercial impact across the Kuberno platform.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants broader ownership, enjoys operating close to delivery and customers, and is excited by the opportunity to grow into a larger product leadership role over time.
We’re looking for someone commercially minded, technically credible and hands-on. Someone who can help turn strategy into execution and ensure what we build lands successfully with enterprise customers.
What Makes This Role Different
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a roadmap deck, host ceremonies, or talk in frameworks.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who will raise standards and make delivery happen. Someone who can push pace and quality at the same time, keep teams focused on outcomes, and operate credibly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with the CPO, R\&D and commercial teams and be personally accountable for ensuring Kube consistently ships valuable capabilities that customers adopt, trust and derive measurable value from.
Responsibilities Include
- Leading product initiatives across discovery, delivery and release
- Turning customer and commercial requirements into clear, buildable product outcomes
- Working closely with engineering teams to drive focus, momentum and delivery quality
- Delivering AI-led product capabilities, including Generative AI, Conversational AI and automation-driven workflows, in a way that is usable, reliable and measurable.
- Operating credibly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders, including leading product discussions, executive presentations, customer demos and expectation-setting conversations.
- Creating clear executive narratives around initiative progress, delivery risks, trade-offs, adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Defining and tracking product KPIs, adoption metrics and outcome measurement
- Managing prioritisation and stakeholder alignment across Product, R\&D, Customer Success and Growth within their domain, balancing commercial priorities, technical constraints and delivery momentum.
- Pressure-testing initiatives early: identifying what evidence exists, what assumptions need validating, and what should be proven before build begins.
- Helping improve product delivery processes, release discipline and execution standards
- Working cross-functionally with Product, R\&D, Customer Success and Growth teams
Working With The CPO
This role works in close partnership with the Chief Product Officer as a high-trust, high-expectation execution and product leadership partner. That means:
- Turning priorities into actionable plans and outcomes
- Bringing structured thinking, trade-offs and recommendations
- Helping maintain momentum across initiatives
- Raising standards around execution, measurement and delivery quality
- Challenging constructively and identifying issues early
- Taking ownership of initiatives, decisions and outcomes from day one, while helping shape the evolution of the wider product organisation over time.
What We’re Looking For
This role is likely best suited to someone who is currently operating as a:
- Senior Product Manager
- Lead Product Manager
- Group Product Manager
- Head of Product (smaller environment)
- Product Director in a scaling business
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate credibly across technical teams, leadership stakeholders and enterprise customers.
- Experience operating within high-growth B2B SaaS environments. Strong technical literacy, with the ability to partner effectively with R\&D teams and make sound trade-offs.
- Demonstrable experience delivering AI-led product capabilities, particularly Generative AI, Conversational AI and automation-driven workflows.
- A strong track record supporting enterprise growth through product credibility: confident senior presentations, clear expectation setting, and the judgement to shape commitments and trade-offs without undermining trust.
- Experience running a clear product cadence across discovery, delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Strong product analytics and KPI discipline: defining success metrics, instrumentation and continuous optimisation.
- The ability to drive prioritisation and alignment across leadership, R\&D, Customer Success and Growth without loss of momentum.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience building AI products in enterprise contexts with real constraints (trust, governance, explainability, risk).
- Experience in LegalTech, RegTech, FinTech or governance-related SaaS.
- Experience with FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 enterprise environments.
Location
This is a remote role, but we are particularly interested in candidates based in North America, ideally within Central or East Coast time zones, to support customer and team collaboration requirements.
