Senior Product Manager – SaaS Platform \| Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid 1 – 2 days a week)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, innovation-driven technology company that is building and scaling a next-generation enterprise SaaS platform. As part of continued growth, they are looking to bring on a Senior Product Manager to help drive product strategy, execution, and customer impact.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth environment, work on cutting-edge platform capabilities, and play a key role in shaping products used by enterprise and B2B customers.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of key platform features, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. You’ll play a hands-on role in defining requirements, managing backlogs, and ensuring successful product delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Strategy \& Roadmap

  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Translate customer needs and business goals into data-driven product decisions
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements \& Documentation

  • Gather and validate requirements from customers, sales, support, and engineering teams
  • Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain clear, organized documentation within Confluence

Execution \& Delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog in JIRA to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and quality

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison across business, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams
  • Communicate product updates, deliver demos, and provide progress reporting to stakeholders
  • Leverage customer feedback (e.g., via support tools like Zendesk) to inform product improvements

Performance \& Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track KPIs and success metrics for product features and releases
  • Use analytics and user insights to improve feature adoption, retention, and overall product performance
  • Continuously iterate based on data and customer feedback

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10 years of experience, including 4\+ years in SaaS Product Management
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Proven ability to write high-quality PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise B2B workflows
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with AI-powered platforms or workflow automation tools
  • Familiarity with UX/UI collaboration tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI)
  • Agile / Scrum Product Owner certification
