MLP REPHUB: UNIVERSAL MACHINE LEARNING PREPROCESSING SYSTEM

Developed

Developed an interactive data preprocessing and ML pipeline system enabling
users to perform complete preprocessing, EDA, model training, and
serialization
without coding
Built using Streamlit for the UI and Pandas/Numpy for data handling with
stepwise modules for missing value treatment, outlier detection, encoding,
normalization, and feature engineering
Integrated Scikit-learn models (Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, SVM, etc.)
with automated training, evaluation, a nd local serialization using Joblib
Designed a file-based versioning system to save each preprocessing step and
model configuration for reproducibility
Implemented EDA visualizations using Matplotlib, offering before/after
comparisons and progress tracking through an intuitive wizard interface
