Director of Sales – Electroswitch (Weymouth, MA / U.S. Remote Eligible)

Electroswitch is a leading provider of switching, monitoring, and control solutions supporting utilities, industrial power, and defense markets globally. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on

Director of Sales

to lead and scale our global commercial organization.

Reporting to the Vice President, this role will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead a high-performing team across direct sales, customer support, and channel partners supporting customers in over 48 countries.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring both strategic vision and execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead global sales, customer support, and representative networks
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across utilities, power distribution, and industrial markets
  • Drive pricing strategy, forecasting, and performance analytics
  • Build scalable sales processes and strengthen channel partnerships
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10\+ years of sales leadership experience in technical or industrial environments
  • Strong background in

utilities or power-related markets (required)

  • Experience managing direct teams and manufacturer rep networks
  • Proven ability to drive pricing strategy and revenue growth
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to engage engineering and product teams

75% travel

Knowledge, Skills \& Experiences:

  • Four-year technical degree (Engineering, Physics, or related field) preferred; a four-year business degree with strong technical expertise may also be considered.
  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing leadership experience managing both direct sales teams and manufacturer representatives.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency with data analysis, pivot tables, and ERP systems; Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial) experience is a plus.
