We're looking for a talented Design Specialist to join our Creative team and help bring our clients' brands to life across digital and print channels.

What You'll Do

As a Design Specialist, you'll create engaging visual assets that support a variety of marketing initiatives while maintaining each client's unique brand identity.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Designing websites, landing pages, and user interface elements
• Creating graphics for social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns
• Developing logos, branding elements, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Preparing production-ready artwork for both digital and print projects
• Collaborating with strategists, account managers, marketers, developers, and fellow designers to deliver creative solutions
• Maintaining brand standards, design systems, templates, and creative assets
• Applying UX/UI best practices to improve user experience and engagement
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews
• Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Staying current on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of professional graphic or digital design experience (agency experience is a plus)
• A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Figma
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing responsive websites and digital marketing assets
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
• Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow
• Exceptional attention to detail
