RN - Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

This role involves autonomous and collaborative practice with healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and manage patient health issues across various settings. The practitioner develops care plans within their scope, utilizing protocols, prescriptive authority, referrals, treatments, and evidence-based theories in compliance with laws and regulations. Responsibilities include enhancing nursing practice quality, providing clinical leadership, supporting lifelong learning, and contributing to professional development of colleagues. The position requires performing comprehensive assessments and serving as a researcher, consultant, and patient advocate for individuals, families, groups, and communities.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Minimum education: Master’s or Doctoral degree as a nurse practitioner
• Required licensure: Current nurse practitioner certification and RN licensure
• Skills: Computer literacy
• Experience: Relevant clinical experience preferred
