Role Summary
Pixels OnTarget is seeking an onsite
Senior HR Generalist / Manager (Individual Contributor)
to support the HR needs of a roughly 150 person organization. This is a broad individual contributor role for someone who is comfortable owning day-to-day HR operations, supporting managers and employees, maintaining strong process discipline, and contributing across the full employee lifecycle.
The right candidate will bring solid experience in payroll, benefits, employee records, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management support, and recruiting coordination. This person should be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working closely with employees and managers in an onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations for approximately 150 employees in an onsite environment
- Administer and support core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and employee records management
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support benefits administration with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain HR files, records, documentation, and process tracking in a timely and organized manner
- Partner with managers and employees on employee relations matters and help support workplace investigations as needed
- Support performance management processes, including documentation, follow-up, and coordination with leadership
- Assist with recruiting efforts for both hourly and salaried positions, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and process support
- Support university relations and campus recruiting activities as needed
- Help ensure HR practices and documentation align with company policy and applicable employment requirements
- Provide responsive support to employees and managers on HR-related questions and processes
- Assist with process improvements that strengthen consistency, organization, compliance, and employee experience
- Support security-clearance related administrative requirements as applicable to the role and business environment
- Partner across the organization with professionalism, urgency, and sound judgment
Required Qualifications
- 7\+ years of hands-on HR experience
- Experience supporting HR operations for a similar-size or larger organization
- Strong experience with payroll, benefits administration, employee records, documentation, onboarding, and offboarding
- Experience supporting employee relations matters
- Experience assisting with workplace investigations and performance management processes
- Experience supporting recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with managers and employees
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ADP
- Experience in manufacturing, defense, or government-contractor environments
- Experience supporting a workforce of 150\+ employees
- Experience with university relations or campus recruiting
- Knowledge of immigration laws or visa-related HR processes
- Experience improving HR processes in a growing or operationally focused organization
