Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager for a manufacturing company in the Boca Raton, FL area. This role will lead all quality operations and maintain a certified ISO 9001:2015 system.

Job Logistics:

• Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Location: Onsite, 5 days/week
• Employment Type: Direct Placement
• Work Model: Fully onsite

Day to Day:

• Maintain and manage ISO 9001 quality system
• Lead internal and external audits
• Oversee inspections and compliance processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage and mentor a team of 3–5
• Collaborate across engineering, production, and vendors
• Maintain quality documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Strong ISO 9001:2015 expertise
• Manufacturing experience
• 3–5\+ years leading quality teams
• Audit management experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Plusses:

• ISO certification
• Bilingual Spanish/English

Compensation:

$80,000 to $100,000\. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
