In this exciting and challenging role, you will work in our Group IT team located in our Hanoi office as

Business Process Analyst

. You will plays a pivotal role in analysing, documenting, and streamlining business processes across Acclime’s international offices. The role supports the global process and technology transformation program by identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring process consistency at a Group level.

In addition, the role contributes to the establishment of process governance frameworks, ensuring clarity around ownership models, approval workflows, documentation standards, and periodic process reviews—supporting sustainable, scalable operational excellence.

What you will do. A day in the life.

The Business Process Analyst primarily is responsible for supporting the global process and technology transformation program by identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring process consistency at a Group level.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze and document current business processes across departments and regions.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design future-state processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process designs.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Monitor and report on process performance using defined KPIs and metrics.
  • Assist in change management activities to support transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with international teams to ensure consistency and scalability of process solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of international experience

in process analysis, business transformation, or operational excellence.

  • Preferred experience in the professional services industry, with an understanding of service delivery models and client-centric operations.
  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, ARIS).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Certifications (preferred):
  • Process \& Quality: Lean Six Sigma, BPM, ISO 9001
  • Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum
  • Change Management: PROSCI, ADKAR

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
