The Role

You’ll lead the

end-to-end engineering function

, owning the design, development, and delivery of a full portfolio of custom cooling solutions.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role where you’ll:

• Lead and scale a multidisciplinary engineering team

• Own product development from concept through commercialization

• Drive design-to-cost and Design for Manufacturability (DFM/DFA) initiatives

• Define engineering strategy, standards, and product roadmaps

What They’re Looking For

• 10\+ years’ engineering experience, with 3-5\+ years in leadership roles

• Experience designing large-scale mechanical equipment or industrial systems

• Exposure to industries such as oil \& gas, heavy equipment, or sheet metal manufacturing

• Proven track record in design-to-cost and manufacturing environments

• Experience leading cross-functional product development teams
