Requirements

We are looking for a new colleague with:

aEURc written and verbal communication skills necessary (in both Romanian and English) to effectively interface with all levels of firm management and staff, clients, and other external business contacts;

aEURc more than 4 years of working experience in accounting outsourced service;

aEURc bacheloraEUR(TM)s/ masteraEUR(TM)s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant areas.

Responsibilities

For the Senior Accountant role within the team you must consider the following responsibilities:

aEURc perform full accounting evidence for the clientaEUR(TM)s portfolio;

aEURc assure that all records, transactions, reports, operating practices, and documentation are in compliance with Romanian regulations;

aEURc prepare/review VAT returns, profit tax returns, other declarations as required;

aEURc prepare/review statutory financial statements in accordance with Romanian legislation for a number of clients allocated;

aEURc summarize financial indicators and present recommendations to clients in order to increase business profitability;

aEURc provide assistance and advice to clients on all matters regarding financial issues;

aEURc coach less experienced accountants in developing their professional competency.
