- Support modernization efforts related to project delivery models, GitHub governance, and intake processes — including contributing to the no-code vendor project management model piloted in LTG
- Collaborate with business, technology, architecture, PMO, testing, and vendor teams to streamline cross-functional processes and improve delivery outcomes
- Document current-state and future-state workflows, process maps, standard operating procedures, and governance documentation
- Analyze operational metrics, identify trends, and develop recommendations to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Support change management and adoption efforts for new processes, tools, and operational standards across LTG
- Define measurement requirements and dashboard specifications that support leadership decision-making, partnering with BI resources to build and validate executive-level portfolio views
- Identify and help mitigate operational risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies impacting strategic initiatives
- Own and maintain the CI team repository – including templates, engagement artifacts, and institutional knowledge – to support team scalability and continuity
- Support the development and execution of CI team visibility and marketing strategy — including wins communication, stakeholder engagement, and intake pipeline development
- Grow toward serving as a trusted partner and advisor to process owners, SMEs, and leadership — independently managing stakeholder relationships from intake through engagement close
