About:

We are looking for a Systems Engineer / Operational Technology Analyst, with experience in

NERC CIP compliance, to work on site at our client location in Dayton, OH. This candidate will

support OT infrastructure environments, datacenter and virtualization platforms, with a focus

on system reliability, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

The position requires strong technical depth, disciplined documentation practices, and the

ability to work independently on complex infrastructure and compliance driven initiatives while

collaborating across IT, OT, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

• 5 – 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Server Operating Systems, virtualization platforms, networking,

and datacenter operations

• Experience with patching and vulnerability management in regulated environments
• Support and manage Windows Server and desktop operating systems
• Active Directory, file services, permissions, DNS, and DHCP
• Windows Clustering, Hyper V, and VMware platforms
• Microsoft Remote Desktop Services and Omnissa Horizon
• Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with IT/OT environments
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Experience supporting NERC CIP compliance
• Maintain compliance documentation, evidence, and system inventories aligned to CIP

standards

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communic
