In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of Creative, Production, PR, MarTech, and AI—taking projects from initial concept all the way to final polish.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop visually engaging content for digital, print, and paid media placements.

• Lead design projects from initial concept through production phase.

• Design high-impact presentations and assist in pitch preparations.

• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure brand consistency and top-tier execution.

🎯

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

•

3–5 years

of design experience in a creative marketing or advertising agency.

• High proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).

• Solid understanding of web design, video production, and paid media best practices.

• Tech-savvy mindset with curiosity for

AI productivity tools

and workflows.

• Based in

Grand Rapids / Detroit, MI

(Hybrid) or top qualified candidates in the US (Remote).
