Responsibilities

Responsible for design, delivery implementation and maintenance of training programs / projects for agency force to uplift agents’ Productivity and Professionalism
Liaise with external parties and internal stakeholders to arrange / develop / enhance training and CPD programs to meet business strategy and market situation
Develop training tools / e-learning courses which are engaging, interactive and aligned with learning objective
Provide training and administrative supports arising from various training initiatives, projects, programs and activities
Apply for CPD accreditation with HKCAAVQ for in-house training program
Maintain accurate training records and prepare management reports
Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

University degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant training experience, candidate with front line insurance background is highly preferred
Possess sound financial knowledge, holder of CFP or related professional qualification will be a definite asset
Detail-minded, flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure
Good team player and outgoing personality
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
