Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for design, delivery implementation and maintenance of training programs / projects for agency force to uplift agents’ Productivity and Professionalism
- Liaise with external parties and internal stakeholders to arrange / develop / enhance training and CPD programs to meet business strategy and market situation
- Develop training tools / e-learning courses which are engaging, interactive and aligned with learning objective
- Provide training and administrative supports arising from various training initiatives, projects, programs and activities
- Apply for CPD accreditation with HKCAAVQ for in-house training program
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare management reports
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- University degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant training experience, candidate with front line insurance background is highly preferred
- Possess sound financial knowledge, holder of CFP or related professional qualification will be a definite asset
- Detail-minded, flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Good team player and outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
