Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for design, delivery implementation and maintenance of training programs / projects for agency force to uplift agents’ Productivity and Professionalism
  • Liaise with external parties and internal stakeholders to arrange / develop / enhance training and CPD programs to meet business strategy and market situation
  • Develop training tools / e-learning courses which are engaging, interactive and aligned with learning objective
  • Provide training and administrative supports arising from various training initiatives, projects, programs and activities
  • Apply for CPD accreditation with HKCAAVQ for in-house training program
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare management reports
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant training experience, candidate with front line insurance background is highly preferred
  • Possess sound financial knowledge, holder of CFP or related professional qualification will be a definite asset
  • Detail-minded, flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Good team player and outgoing personality
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
