, you will not only build dashboards but also architect automated intelligence. We are looking for a professional who treats manual work as a "bug" and leverages AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate reporting flujos, and provide the executive team with high-impact insights at fintech speed.

What You’ll Be Doing At Albo

• Smart Reporting \& Dashboards: Design, maintain, and automate key company dashboards, ensuring they provide actionable insights for the CEO and executive team.
• AI-Powered Automation: Use AI tools and scripting (Python/SQL) to automate data delivery, reducing manual intervention to the bare minimum.
• Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, using AI to complement statistical methods and speed up discovery.
• Analytical Layer Ownership: Maintain and evolve our analytical layer (Snowflake/BigQuery), ensuring data is consistent, scalable, and optimized for both human and AI-tooling consumption.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the Data Engineering team to improve pipelines and documentation, applying AI to optimize code and technical debt.
• Data Governance: Support data quality and normalization initiatives to ensure our "source of truth" remains reliable across all platforms.

About You And What Type Of Skills You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a quantitative field.
• \+3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the Fintech or fast-paced tech industry.
• Technical Core: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and building automation scripts.
• AI-Assisted Productivity: Demonstrated experience using AI (LLMs, Copilots) to write more efficient code, debug faster, and document complex processes.
• Data Infrastructure: Solid knowledge of Cloud Data Warehouses and ETL/ELT logic (dbt is a plus).
• Visualization: High-level experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) and the ability to tell compelling stories through data.
• Customer Centricity: You understand that behind every data point is a user, and you’re obsessed with improving their financial experience through better decisions.
• Hands-on: You are an energized contributor who enjoys rolling up your sleeves to build automation flows and enabling others to do the same.
