About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Training Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing training programs, coordinating with trainers and participants, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our educational services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Qualifications
The preferred candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. Prior experience in training coordination, event management, or administrative roles is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to liaise effectively with trainers, clients, and participants. A proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars in collaboration with trainers and clients.
- Manage registration processes, participant communication, and feedback collection to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.
- Monitor training budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications.
- Provide logistical support for training events, including venue arrangements, technical setups, and materials distribution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote upcoming training programs and increase participant engagement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and suggest improvements for future programs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all training activities.
