Position Overview
This role offers the opportunity to support the financial strategy of a rapidly growing, large-scale financial services organization. As a Senior Financial Analyst aligned to a leasing-focused portfolio, you will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
You’ll translate complex financial data into actionable insights, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and support continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance financial forecasting and planning models for a major revenue-generating business line, providing insights to guide investment and portfolio decisions.
- Partner with accounting and business teams to support month-end close, analyze results, and deliver forward-looking financial projections.
- Collaborate with pricing and commercial teams to evaluate long-term profitability and inform pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to track product and portfolio performance for leadership.
- Support annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.
- Serve as a financial advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, delivering insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting efficiency through process enhancements and system utilization.
- Perform reconciliations between financial systems and underlying data sources.
- Contribute to executive-level presentations and business reviews.
- Evaluate financial risks and support compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and support special projects as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4\+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP\&A, or accounting
- Advanced Excel skills (including data modeling and transformation tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or CPA
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS
- Experience in financial services, lending, or asset-based portfolios
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- SQL proficiency
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

- Limited travel (up to 10%) may be required
