Senior Program Manager – Enterprise Transformation \& SaaS Modernization
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished
Senior Program Manager
to lead large-scale, business-critical technology programs with executive visibility across the organization. This role will be responsible for driving complex strategic initiatives, including enterprise application modernization and SaaS transformation programs, while partnering with executive leadership and presenting progress, risks, and strategic recommendations to C-level executives and Board members.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional leadership, executive communication, and program governance with extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale SaaS migration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple large, complex, cross-functional technology programs from strategy through execution.
- Drive enterprise application modernization initiatives, including migration from on-premises platforms to SaaS solutions.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Present program status, business outcomes, risks, investment updates, and strategic recommendations to Executive Leadership and Board members.
- Establish strong governance, program controls, executive dashboards, and steering committee meetings.
- Collaborate with business executives, technology leaders, vendors, and external partners to align delivery with organizational objectives.
- Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues impacting scope, schedule, budget, or quality.
- Lead organizational change management activities supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Drive executive decision-making through data-driven reporting and business insights.
- Ensure successful delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, security, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Mentor program managers and project managers while promoting program management best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 15\+ years
of progressive experience managing large enterprise technology programs.
- 10\+ years
leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
- Extensive experience delivering complex
application modernization and SaaS migration programs
.
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar programs involving multiple business units and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to Executive Leadership, CIOs, Executive Committees, and Board of Directors.
- Strong expertise in program governance, portfolio management, financial oversight, and executive reporting.
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams across business, technology, infrastructure, security, and vendor organizations.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification is preferred.

- Enterprise SaaS transformation programs (ERP, CRM, HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, or industry platforms).
- Large-scale cloud migration and application modernization initiatives.
- Enterprise architecture and technology transformation programs.
- Vendor selection, contract management, and system implementation oversight.
- Experience in highly regulated or Fortune 500 environments
