Construction Supervisor

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Manage and monitor labour, subcontractors, and site workers
• Track project progress and report delays/issues to senior engineers
• Ensure quality control and proper use of materials
• Maintain site discipline and safety compliance
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors
• Maintain daily site reports and work logs
• Assist in material planning and inventory control
• Resolve on-site issues and bottlenecks promptly
