B2B Marketing Manager (Demand Generation)

London / Hybrid (3 days in office)

£55,000-70,000 \+ benefits

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for a famously backed start-up who are at the forefront of sustainability in the datacentre setting.

We are looking for a commercially minded B2B Marketing Manager to own the pipeline of the sales of their compute services/ heat reuse. This is not a brand or social media role. This is about building a repeatable demand engine that turns technical infrastructure into enterprise revenue.

What you will be doing

  • Driving MQL → SQL → revenue performance
  • Building partner-led demand with MSPs, OEMs and channel partners
  • Designing and running enterprise demand programmes
  • Building reporting that links marketing to pipeline and deals
  • Creating repeatable GTM playbooks
  • Turning technical and ESG value into clear messages
  • Improving targeting, conversion and funnel performance

Who you are

  • Strong B2B Marketing Manager
  • Hands on mindset, working in small teams
  • Experience ideally in the data centre space or infrastructure/ renewables/ utilities/ similar
  • You have a track record of building partner ecosystems (OEMs, Resellers, System Integrators) and driving revenue through them.
  • You are data-literate: you can look at a funnel and know exactly where to optimise.
  • You have high EQ. You can navigate complex sales cycles and build trust with technical and commercial stakeholders.
