Executive Recruiter

We're looking for someone who is competitive, driven, resilient, and obsessed with winning.

At The Connor Group, we've found that some of our best recruiters came from sales, operations, retail leadership, hospitality, athletics, and other high-performance environments, not necessarily recruiting.

If you have grit, work ethic, influence, and the ability to build relationships, we'll teach you the recruiting business.

What You'll Do

• Identify and attract top talent across the country
• Build relationships with high-performing leaders and professionals
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
• Conduct interviews and evaluate talent
• Influence and close top candidates
• Partner directly with senior leaders on strategic hiring initiatives

• Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation \& Benefits

• $80,000 - $140,000 total compensation (base \+ bonus)
