Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Lead Cloud Engineer

with

8\+ years of experience

and a strong background in

financial services

to

define, own, and execute our hybrid cloud strategy

. This is a

lead technical role

requiring deep, hands-on expertise across

on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments

, with proven success delivering

secure, compliant on-prem to cloud migrations

in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and management of

hybrid cloud environments

(on-prem \+ cloud)

• Own and execute

on-prem to cloud migrations

with minimal business risk

• Design secure

cloud landing zones

, networking, and identity integrations

• Optimize

cloud cost, performance, reliability, and scalability

• Ensure

high availability, resilience, security, and performance

across cloud platforms

• Lead

infrastructure lifecycle management

, including capacity planning, patching, and upgrades

• Act as the

senior technical authority

for cloud and infrastructure decisions

• Drive

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

adoption and automation practices

• Support

CI/CD pipelines

and modern application delivery models

Required Experience \& Qualifications

• Minimum

8\+ years

of IT Infrastructure and Cloud experience

• Mandatory experience in the financial services industry
• Proven ownership of

on-prem to cloud migrations

• Strong expertise in

VMware and enterprise networking

• Hands-on experience with

GCP

• Experience working in

regulated, audit-driven environments
