Business Analyst (ADA Accessibility Analyst)

to join our team in

Raleigh, NC

. This is a

full-time, onsite opportunity

working directly with accel bi corporation.

Location:

Raleigh, NC (Onsite – no remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accessibility testing on websites, web apps, and digital documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PPT)
• Ensure compliance with

ADA, Section 508, and WCAG 2\.1/2\.2 (Level AA)

• Use tools like

JAWS, NVDA, ZoomText

, Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse

• Provide remediation guidance and support code-level fixes
• Collaborate with dev, QA, and business teams
• Convert and remediate documents into accessible formats

Required Experience:

• 3\+ years in

digital accessibility testing \& remediation

• Strong knowledge of

WCAG 2\.1/2\.2 \& Section 508

• Experience with

assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, ZoomText)

• Working knowledge of

HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript

Required Certifications:

• Certifications like

CPACC or WAS

• Experience with

Adobe Acrobat Pro (PDF remediation)

• Agile/Scrum environment exposure
