Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Technical Account Manager (m/f/d) in the US to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs. You will provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time permanent position for candidates located in the United States, with remote work available.
As a Technical Account Manager, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals.
Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product and business knowledge to support sales processes and strengthen customer relationships.
Your Job
- You will provide technical support for customers throughout both pre-sales and post-sales processes.
- You will address all product-related queries promptly and accurately.
- You will train customers to use products effectively and confidently.
- You will provide developers with customer feedback to help identify potential new features or products.
- You will report on product performance and share key insights with internal teams.
- You will identify solutions to reduce support costs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- You will analyze customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.
- You will liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales opportunities.
- You will establish and maintain best practices for customer support and technical account management.
- You will keep track of sales performance metrics and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Your Profile
- You have proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager.
- You have a solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
- You are familiar with software and front-end development.
- You have strong technical expertise in email (SMTP/MTA).
- You have strong experience in data analysis.
- You have practical experience using Grafana and Clickhouse.
- You possess excellent knowledge of Linux.
- You have strong skills in analyzing and resolving customer problems.
- You hold a BSc degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- You can grasp customers’ needs quickly and suggest timely solutions.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- You have technical knowledge of antispam solutions (a plus).
- You have prior project management experience.
- You have an interest in technologies such as Docker, Git, and Golang.
