User Interface Designer

Wello Solutions develops field service management software (FSM) used by companies across Europe to manage operations on sites, equipment, and teams.

Our B2B software supports daily operational workflows where data, planning, and execution need to work together seamlessly. As the product continues to evolve, we are strengthening the consistency, structure, and overall user experience across the platform.

The role

You will work closely with Product and Engineering to design interfaces for our FSM solution that are clear, scalable, and adapted to real operational use. This role focuses on structuring complex workflows into intuitive user interfaces and contributing to a consistent product experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for B2B SaaS workflows
• Translate product requirements and user flows into structured UI
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system
• Create reusable components and ensure consistency across the product
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Review and improve existing interfaces
• Support product decisions with clear design rationale

AI in design

At Wello, we integrate AI into our design workflow.

You are expected to be comfortable working with tools such as:

• Figma AI
• Claude Design or similar tools
• Automated or agent-based design workflows

Profile

• Proficient in UI/UX design
• Experience with AI and willingness to put AI design center
• Experience working on B2B software solutions
• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and interaction design
• Experience with design systems and component-based design
• Proficiency in Figma
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams
