Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst /Product Manager, Product Development, located in Hong Kong SAR. The Product Lead will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, including strategy formation, market research, and execution of product roadmaps. Key responsibilities include interpreting market trends, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing product launches, and driving continuous product improvements. This role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to align product vision with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsiblities

1\. Product Strategy \& Roadmap

• Define and own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution across payment and stablecoin infrastructure products
• Drive product vision aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities
• Prioritise initiatives based on commercial impact, scalability, and compliance considerations

2\. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT \& DELIVERY

• Translate customer needs, market insights, and regulatory requirements into detailed product specifications, user journeys, and technical requirements
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure products
• Oversee product lifecycle management including launch, iteration, and performance optimization

3\. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

• Partner with compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards in Hong Kong and international markets
• Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to align product capabilities with client needs and go-to-market strategies
• Act as a key bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders

4\. DATA-DRIVEN PRODUCT DISCOVERY

• Lead product discovery through data analysis, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarking
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance product development efficiency, decision-making, and insights generation
• Continuously improve product performance through metrics tracking and iteration

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management
• Strong exposure to fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, or digital assets
• Experience in regulated environments is highly preferred
• Solid technical background (e.g. computer science, engineering, or technical product management)
• Familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and platform-based product development
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams on complex systems
• Understanding of cross-border payments, acquiring, reconciliation, settlement, and financial workflows
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial services
• Experience with stablecoins, blockchain, or digital assets is a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or applied AI use cases in product management, automation, or analytics
• Ability to leverage technology to enhance product efficiency and intelligence
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across regions
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities
