Work Schedule:

POST is currently a hybrid workplace. Our hybrid work policy supports work schedule design that includes time in the office, field, or remote that optimizes individual and team performance based on specific job requirements.

The successful candidate for this job should expect to be in the office some days per week and will reside within a reasonable driving distance to our Palo Alto office.

Responsibilities \& Operations:

  • Execute email marketing campaigns across different functions supporting our fundraising, event, and content teams.
  • Plan, build, and QA emails, landing pages, and help support other digital channels.
  • Support creating a trusted relationship with our 150K\+ member email audience, managing our email marketing deployment and building touchpoints throughout the year, optimizing for audience journeys and other initiatives.
  • Help administrate our marketing automation platform, implementing new features and integrations with Pardot and Salesforce across email marketing and our website as needed.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly performance reporting across email and the website, providing insights, recommendations, and implementation plans.
  • Use project management skills to convene marketing teams and strategize on digital campaign goals, approaches, and execution using data to inform goals and refine our investments.
  • Work closely with our marketing teams to coordinate content delivery, maximizing community growth, engagement, and diversity across our various channels.
  • Assist in graphic design and copy development for digital marketing campaigns that support our overall team goals.
  • Support ongoing website content development and production.

Knowledge \& Skills Required:

  • 2-5 years of digital marketing experience with a technical focus on email marketing and digital production.
  • Ability to build HTML emails and graphics for different audience segments across our email programs.
  • Strong background in project management including using systems to track digital production and campaign progress.
  • Experience in designing for digital outputs with a strong eye and ability to adhere to POST’s design aesthetic is preferred, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite or a similar tool.
  • Excellent writing skills, creative instincts, and close attention to detail.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and web content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Experience or strong interest in learning about email marketing segmentation and automation.
  • Knowledge of, or passion for the natural world, the outdoors, land conservation and/or land management are beneficial to this role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular and accurate communication with others and completion of work tasks involving the use of phone, computer, internet, and video technology, the ability to interact effectively with digital and printed materials, and to operate required job-related equipment.

Starting Salary Range \& Benefits:
