Inside Sales Representative - 6 Weeks of Vacation

We find houses and land for builders and either buy it or assign it. We need someone who is ready to LIVE on the phone and call about properties.

It's 100% commission — 12% for the project acquisition and 8% for the project disposition. And you'll get paid team bonuses

The average gross profit we make on a deal is $5k-$20k. So if you can close 4 deals per month, you'd make $4k-$16k.

It will likely take you 60-90 days of 40 hours per week work to close your first deal, so you've got to be ready to put in your reps at the beginning.

Real estate is often a dishonest space — we want someone with high integrity who would rather lose the deal than lose their soul.

Pay: $14\.00 - $50\.00 per hour
