Role Description
Our team of service engineers/analytical chemists completely refurbish each system that we sell from the ground up, configuring the system along the way for a specific application that the customer requires. After the refurbishment is complete, the system is rigorously quality tested to ensure that performance meets or exceeds all original manufacturer specifications for that application.
Qualifications
- Strong service capabilities, including on-site installation, configuration, and repair of analytical instrumentation.
- Candidate should possess a working knowledge of applicable analytical test methods and industry standards, including method execution, quality control requirements, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for mechanical, electronic, and software-related instrument issues.
- Experience providing technical support, including guiding customers through operational questions and documenting solutions.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on clear communication, professionalism, and relationship-building.
- Familiarity with Agilent Chromatography and ICPMS instrumentation and software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site service installation and customer training.
