2\. About the Opportunity:
The Data Analyst/ETL Developer will play a key role in transforming healthcare data into actionable insights that support decision making. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity, and enabling analytics and reporting capabilities. The role directly impacts the organization’s ability to manage and analyze healthcare data efficiently and effectively.
3\. Responsibilities:
- Use SQL and/or Python to collect, transform, cleanse, store, and share data while preserving privacy
- Debug mappings and correct data errors for accurate loading into target systems
- Review and analyze functional requirements and mapping documents
- Develop, maintain, and support ETL data pipelines for healthcare products and analytics
- Initialize and configure data environments for downstream analytics and reporting
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams for site onboarding and readiness
- Monitor production ETL jobs for failures, performance issues, and data anomalies
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL workflow issues including failed loads and data mismatches
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures
- Validate incoming healthcare datasets before release
- Build and maintain data validations to ensure source-target reconciliation, row completeness, business rule enforcement, and data integrity
4\. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, Finance, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience with SQL and data analytics
- Proficient in SQL for data manipulation, extraction, and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
- Familiarity with agile development and collaborative work environments
- Effective communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range is $80,000 to $90,000, adjusted based on education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity
