Job Description
The Treasury Systems Analyst is responsible for managing the organisation’s Treasury Management System (TMS), online banking system administration, banking connectivity, and system testing for cash pooling projects and other integrations.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage global online banking systems and TMS, ensuring static data accuracy and resolving issues.
- Administer banking portals across the organisation.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding banking portal queries, access issues, and treasury support.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardisation, and controls across treasury operations.
- Participate in cash pooling and system integration projects.
- Support banking connectivity, open banking solutions, APIs, and emerging financial technologies.
- Oversee TMS daily operations, including monitoring workflows, dashboards, and SWIFT connectivity.
- Collaborate with banks, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment, statement, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain oversight of treasury system workflows, ensuring timely resolution of exceptions and strong operational controls.
- Provide technical support to treasury operations and contribute to ongoing treasury projects.
Qualifications
- Experience with SWIFT payments.
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems, including monitoring workflows and managing bank connectivity.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Experience producing accurate, time-sensitive reporting and analysis.
- Good understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and attention to detail.
