Role Description

The Head of Product is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and driving ABLSoft’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the asset-based lending platform. This role will collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, sales, and customer success to prioritize features, translate market needs into clear product requirements, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading product discovery and validation, analyzing customer feedback and product data, and making informed tradeoff decisions that balance business impact, technical feasibility, and user experience. The Head of Product will mentor and develop product team members, establish product management best practices, and champion a customer-centric culture. This role will also represent the product externally with customers, partners, and prospects to gather insights and communicate the value and direction of the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, including defining product vision, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data, assess market trends, and validate product decisions.
• Exceptional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and presenting to executive leadership.
• Proven experience leading product for B2B SaaS or fintech products; experience in lending, banking, or financial services is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through launch and iteration.
• Experience working in an agile environment and partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• People leadership experience, including coaching and developing product managers and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
