Who we are looking for

We are seeking a UX Web Designer to join our clients team. This is a hands-on, mid-level design role focused on crafting compelling B2B web experiences and bringing ideas to life through prototypes, demos, and high-fidelity concepts. You will help imagine the ideal customer journey and translate it into tangible experiences that showcase how our clients products and solutions can best serve their customers.

In this role, you will design and prototype marketing and product education experiences that help stakeholders quickly see and test what “great” looks like. You will create wireframes, flows, interactive demos, and polished mockups that communicate design intent clearly and accelerate decision-making. You’ll partner closely with marketers, content strategists, engineers, and researchers to turn ideas into engaging, user-centered web experiences.

Responsibilities

● Design intuitive, engaging UX for B2B marketing and product education websites.

● Create interactive prototypes, demo experiences, and high-fidelity mockups that illustrate ideal customer journeys and future-state concepts.

● Translate business and marketing goals into clear user flows, page structures, and interaction patterns.

● Rapidly prototype ideas in Figma (or similar tools) to support stakeholder alignment and experimentation.

● Collaborate with marketing, SEO, CRO, content, research, and engineering partners to iterate on concepts and deliver production-ready designs.

● Contribute to design systems, reusable components, and patterns to ensure consistency and scalability.

● Support usability testing and leverage analytics and research insights to refine experiences.

● Produce detailed design specs and assets to enable smooth handoff to development.

● Continuously iterate based on feedback and performance data.

Basic Qualifications

● Portfolio showcasing web UX work, prototypes, and shipped experiences.

● 3 to 5 years of experience designing and delivering websites or digital products as part of a cross-functional team.

● Experience creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs in tools such as Figma or Adobe.

Preferred Qualifications

● Strong craft in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.

● Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas through storytelling and prototypes.

● Experience designing B2B or marketing websites.

● Familiarity with experimentation, CRO, and performance-driven design.

● Experience working within a design system.

● Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design best practices.

● Ability to balance speed and polish in fast-moving environments.

● Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
