Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: United States — Onsite / Hybrid / Remote

Employment Type: W2 · Full-time · All immigration statuses accepted

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and scheduled jobs to implement complex business logic.
  • Build modern user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party integrations.
  • Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to streamline business processes.
  • Design and maintain data models including custom objects, fields, validation rules, and relationships.
  • Manage security and access control using Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules.
  • Perform data migration, cleansing, and transformation using tools such as Data Loader and ETL tools.
  • Develop test classes and maintain high code coverage while following Salesforce best practices and governance limits.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues related to Apex code, integrations, and configurations.
  • Deploy changes across environments using Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Administrators, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain documentation for development processes, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Provide ongoing production support, bug fixes, and feature enhancements for Salesforce applications.
